I've been gluten free for over a year and have not yet found a home baking bread, which suggests this. Its very easy to make, especially if you have a good bread machine. It smells like real bread and is just a bit heavier than ordinary bread. Of course, like most GF broke his best when roasted and stored in the freezer, but it will satisfy your craving for "real" toast Anyday! And thanks to Amazon for selling it at affordable 6packs!
The only reason for 4 starsto Foods by George (East Coast only) makes scrumptious GF English muffins, which works perfect for toast, dinner rolls, hamburger buns, etc. They must also be toasted, but they are divine. I have family "import" them out West for me!
