I have baked many, many bread (many kinds) from this user. All bread has turned out perfect. The instructions are very clear, add water, butter and yeast (included yeast). If anyone has a problem with these instructions, then maybe they should buy their bread from a market.

This mix contains wheat, soy, and dairy products and may contain traces of eggs or nuts. "
